The target audience of the PSA was people who know of cyber bullies and haven't spoken out about it.

The social benefit promoted was fighting back against cyber bullying.

"Its not cool to be cruel"

Woodbridge Middle School

8.Describe what is shown/happens in the PSA.
In this PSA, middle schoolers are on the computer and talking about cyberbullying. They talk about how it is when someone posts something harmful or mean on the internet or on the phone. Then they talk about the consequences if someone is caught doing so.

9.Describe what makes this PSA memorable.
What makes it memorable is the kids in the video and the true words they are speaking.
